RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

We offer Free Returns for 30 days on all brand-new unopened items shipped to the lower 48 States and Washington, DC. You must first contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will then send you a prepaid return shipping label which you can download and print. We must receive the item within 21 days from this point. Please keep in mind that if the product shows any signs of being opened or tampered with, a restocking fee may be deducted from your refund

After I send my returned item back to you, when will I get my refund?

Once we get it back, your refund will be processed and issued as quickly as possible, usually within hours, but please allow up to 2 business days for this to be completed.

 

PAYMENT

What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and now Amazon Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

Your State's laws determine whether or not you have to pay sales tax for online purchases. We collect sales tax only if your State requires us to do so. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship to countries outside the United States?

Yes we do! We currently offer shipping to 27 countries outside the USA.

Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?

No. You must have a valid street address.

How much does shipping cost for each order?

  • All states except AK, CA, and HI: Standard shipping is absolutely FREE.
  • AK, HI, PR, and US Territories: Shipping is automatically calculated by the carrier based on your location and this will be added to your total and shown to you at checkout. There are NO hidden fees, markups, or handling charges. Please allow 9-14 business days for delivery.
  • International orders: Shipping is automatically calculated by the carrier based on your location. You will also need to pay any import taxes, customs, or duties if your country requires any of those. These costs are NOT included in your order total.
  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. You must have a physical address

    Will I get a tracking number after my order is shipped?

    Absolutely. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, but you can also log into your account here on the 4Wheel Nostalgia website (if you created an account) and find it in your order history.

    How soon will you ship my order after I place it?

    We ship orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed before 12 pm Central Time on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically shipped the same day. For orders placed after 12 pm Central Time, we will do our absolute best to ship your order the same day, but it may not ship out until the next business day.

    Are all of the items on the website actually in stock and ready to ship?

    Yes

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    When I opened the box, I found that my item was physically damaged during shipping. What should I do?

    Please reach out to us right away so that we can immediately file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Do not send the item back to us! Please send us at least four photos: two photos of the outer shipping box, including one that shows the shipping label with your name and address clearly visible, and one photo of the damaged item itself. This will greatly speed up the process. Next, keep the package all packed up with the shipping label intact, and the carrier will come and pick it up from you. As soon as they do this, we will get a confirmation message from them, and at that point we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on which one you requested.
